Scott Polzen is reinventing the old technique of making woodtype. Not really breaking the boundries of type design but still changing the way type is handeld as a product. Giving type it’s physical value back. Check his woodtype project

Letterpress is fascinating, and it seems that those that are involved in it today are very passionate about it. I’m glad to see that Scott Polzen is helping to bring things up to date with woodtype. It’d be a great opportunity to be involved with a process like that. Great link!
